Full Stack Engineer (m/f/x)

Du bist ein technisches Allroundtalent, sowohl im Frontend- als auch im Backend zu Hause und möchtest deine Fähigkeiten in einem nachhaltigen Unternehmen einbringen? Als Full Stack Engineer (m/f/x) kümmerst du dich ganzheitlich um den Auf- und Ausbau unserer digitalen Produkte und baust so mit uns ein Hospitality Tech Startup maßgeblich mit auf. 
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung unsere Partner- sowie internen Tools.
  • Du implementierst neue Funktionen und erweiterst bestehende Funktionen unserer Nature-on-Demand-Plattform im Back- und Frontend.
  • Du verbesserst kontinuierlich den Entwicklungsprozesses und die technische Infrastruktur im Back- und Frontend.
  • Du entwickelst und baust die Kommunikation zwischen den verschiedenen Applikationen unseres Produkts.
  • Du entwickelst das Frontend mit inkl. Konzeptionierung nutzerfreundlicher UI Designs.
  • Du gestaltest die Software-Architektur und Systemauswahl für Raus.
  • Du wirkst mit bei Überlegungen zur Wartung bzw. Optimierung der Geschwindigkeit und Stabilität der Softwarelösung.
  • Du arbeitest als Teil eines cross-functional Produkt-Teams eng mit anderen Developern, Product Ownern und Personen aus den anderen Teams zusammen.
Dein Profil.
  • Du hast min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Engineer oder Fullstack-Engineer, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld gesammelt.
  • Du kennst die Vorteile von NoCode/LowCode und weisst diese einzusetzen und hast einschlägige Erfahrung mit Retool.
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in passend zu unserem Stack (siehe weiter unten)
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Backend und Frontend, Schwerpunkt React und NextJS
  • Du brennst dafür Reisen und Natururlaub neu zu definieren, bist naturverbunden und liebst es, Zeit in der Natur zu verbringen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verhandlungssicheres Englisch.

Unser Stack:
  • Wir nutzen fast ausschliesslich Services, die wir per API integrieren können
  • Interne Tools entwicklen wir größtenteils mit NoCode/LowCode Tools wie Retool und Make
  • Eine Strapi Instanz nutzen wir als zentralen Service zur content propagation und auch als API-First Database
  • Unsere Buchungsstrecke ist nachtlos in unsere Webseite integriert und besteht aus Next.JS und Sanity

Your Job at Raus.
You are a technical all-round talent, at home in both the frontend and the backend and would like to contribute your skills to a young sustainable company? As a Full Stack Engineer (m/f/x) you will take care of the development and expansion of our digital products and thus play a key role in building a hospitality tech startup with us.

  • You implement new features and extend existing features of our Nature-on-Demand platform in the back and front end.
  • You continuously improve the development process and the technical infrastructure in the back and front end.
  • You are responsible for the development of the backend services for the website and mobile applications.
  • You develop and build the communication between the different applications of our product.
  • You develop the frontend including conception of user-friendly UI designs.
  • You design the software architecture and system selection for Raus.
  • You are involved in the maintenance and optimization of the speed and stability of the software solution.
  • You work closely with other developers, product owners and designers as part of a cross-functional product team.
Your profile.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a dynamic startup environment.
  • You have very good knowledge that matches our stack (see below) React, an understanding of databases, know how to implement test strategies / automation, cloud services (DigitalOcean) and CI / CD.
  • You equally enjoy working in the backend and frontend, with a preference for React und NextJS.
  • You are passionate about redefining travel and nature vacations, are close to nature and love spending time in nature.
  • You speak fluent German and business fluent English.
Our Stack:

  • We mostly build internal tools with NoCode/LoCode Tools such as Retool and Make
  • We’re establishing a Strapi installation as central service to propagate content as well as API-First Database
  • Our Webseite is build using React-Components, is built via Gatsby and uses Sanity as a CMS. We’re planning a migration to NextJS, if that’s something you can help us with, great!
