Dein Job bei Raus.
  • Du bist unser Aushängeschild für unsere Gäste und erste Ansprechperson bei allen Fragen und Anliegen vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt.
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen per Telefon, E-mail und Ticketsystem.
  • Du bearbeitest und verwaltest Buchungen in unserem Buchungssystem Apaleo.
Dein Profil.
  • Du bist derzeit an einer Universität oder Wirtschaftsschule in den Bereichen BWL, Hospitality Management, Tourismusmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang eingeschrieben.
  • Idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Support oder Reservierung gesammelt.
  • Du bist äußerst service-orientiert, kommunizierst rasch, effizient und stets freundlich und arbeitest immer nach dem Prinzip “Customer first”.
  • Du brennst dafür Reisen und Natururlaub neu zu definieren, bist naturverbunden und liebst es Zeit draussen zu verbringen.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind gerne gesehen.

Your Job at Raus.
  • You are our figurehead for our guests and the first point of contact for all questions and concerns before, during and after their stay.
  • You process inquiries by phone, e-mail and our ticket system.
  • You process and manage bookings in our booking system Apaleo.
Your profile.
  • Currently enrolled in a university or business school in business administration, hospitality management, tourism management, or a similar degree program.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer success or front office/reservation.
  • You are extremely service-oriented, communicate quickly, efficiently and always in a friendly manner and always work according to the "customer first" principle.
  • You are passionate about redefining travel and nature holidays, are close to nature and love to spend time outdoors.
  • You speak and write fluent German and English, other languages are welcome.

At Raus, we want to offer city dwellers new opportunities to take a break from big city life with contemporary, smart cabins, to switch off and recharge their batteries in nature.
